Automation designed for safety

For gates with heavier wings (up to 800 kg) and therefore with greater requirements for control and passage safety, the BX Series is a range of automation suitable for various requirements of installation, operation and safety. The options range from the basic version - recommended for residential use only - to low-voltage motors for intensive and condominium use, right through to the most sophisticated versions equipped with an ENCODER for constant electronic system control. ENCODER technology supersedes the mechanical end-stop, ensuring the electronic movement control and end-stop location points. Guaranteed to work without mains power as it features emergency battery housing. (detail: 24V motor)

Main Functions

Beyond the usual command and safety functions, new electronics offers some characteristics that allow for full automation control and optimisation of the service, such as:

PARTIAL WING OPENING for pedestrian passage, if applicable. (ZBX7 / BXE / BX241 / BXE241 boards)

Self-coding of the radio code between transmitter and receiver

PRE-FLASHING on opening and closing (except board ZBX6)

Obstacle detection (ZBX7 with B4336 / BXE)

Opening and closing slow-downs (ZBX7 with B4336 / BXE-241)

Amperometric obstacle detection (BX241 / BXE241)

The gate is stopped directly by the transmitter (not available in ZBX6)

SAFETY EVEN WITH GATE STOPPED. Every opening or closing command is cancelled when an obstacle is detected by the photoelectric cells or by other safety devices of the system (not available in ZBX6)
